This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Scientist to deliver high-value analytics solutions for a key Version 1 customer in London. Open to applicants seeking a permanent role with excellent growth and advancement opportunities, you will join a team delivering a transformative cloud-hosted data platform for a key Version 1 customer. 

You will have strong experience in building solutions using a variety of open-source tools and exposure to the Microsoft Azure Machine Learning services and a proven track record in delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.

The role will require a data scientist with excellent communication skills, that is willing to continuously learn and listen. Creative problem solving and a keen understanding of how predictive analytics can be leveraged in business processes are a must. We’re looking for a data scientist that is inherently curious, willing to learn & develop, and able to function as translator between business, IT, data and analytics.

You should have solid experience in building predictive models and shaping an analytic strategy that maximises the value derived from an organisation’s data and delivers critical business outcomes quickly. You should also be experienced in developing analytic models using Python & R using a variety of structured & unstructured data sources

In addition:

·        Knowledge of, or experience in building robust data ingestion & transformation processes in enterprise environments

·        Experience using Graph databases for analysis of networks of related entities

·        Fluent in English (spoken & written)

·        Excellent team player & communicator

·        Inherently curious & a continuous learning mindset

·        Experience & knowledge of business discovery processes

·        Must be eligible for, or already possess UK Security Clearance
