Version 1 are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Microsoft CRM Solutions Architect who is passionate about Microsoft technologies to join their multi award winning Microsoft Capability. Version 1 are a Microsoft Partner and have an increasing number of significant UK clients; with whom we are working with to deliver solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

You will help us establish our Microsoft capability within the UK market place to support our ambitious grow plans and become a contributing member of a highly skilled and motivated team. You would work with our current and prospective client base and help grow our portfolio of service offerings. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Creating architecture for new and existing systems
• Developing logical, conceptual or physical designs
• Work with business end-users to elicit requirement’s & assist in developing design specifications
• Ensuring the designs meet architecture and customer requirements
• Ensuring design solutions meet service requirements
• Deal with other stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, BAs, testing etc.
• Business development; supporting pre-sales discussions and developing new service lines
• Being responsible for working with the business to identify opportunities for IT solutions to add value to programmes and project

Essential criteria:

• Experienced Solutions Architect
• Experience of architecting enterprise solutions in the Microsoft stack
• Experience across the Microsoft portfolio including Dynamics CRM Platform
• Working knowledge of Common Architectural Patterns
• Design, development and delivery experience
• Clear knowledge of Microsoft stack such as SharePoint, MS SQL Server, .NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC
• Experience of Azure or AWS
• Client facing experience and ability to talk to senior stakeholders including gathering requirements

Preferred criteria:

• Architecture development tools and techniques awareness of UML, ArchiMate and Sparks Enterprise
• Solutions and Application Strategy
• TOGAF certification
