Job Description

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience of testing within iterative / incremental software delivery, including good knowledge of automated testing and ideally exposure to Agile Scrum. They will have communicated a deep interest in improving both own and team's ability to produce high-quality, valuable software and have demonstrated their ongoing commitment to personal learning and development in this discipline. We provide complete lifecycle solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their business objectives by identifying requirements, designing and developing solutions and providing on-going support and strategic advice.

  • Requirements analysis and validation.
  • Defining and executing test strategies and scripts.
  • Ensuring requirements traceability.
  • Introducing/suggesting new processes and techniques.
  • Accurate recording and monitoring of issues.
  • Provide QA support to the development scrum teams to automate tests to guide development.
  • Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards.
  • Provide test estimates.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • Strong Test Analyst skills in Microsoft CRM, Sharepoint and .Net
  • Existing UK Government security clearance at SC level
  • Manual testing and automated testing using selenium specifically
  • Proven Test Lead skills.
  • Strong experience of iterative / incremental software delivery.
  • Experience of working in fast paced environments to strict deadlines.
  • Strong background in software integration and system testing.
  • SQL querying ability in relational databases.
  • Understands messaging testing across multiple platforms.
  • Monitoring batches and tracing logs.
  • Experience of automated testing.
  • Experience using TFS.
  • Experience of defining test strategy / test approach.
