Job Description

The Opportunity

VERSANT is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the execution and ongoing administration of our Total Rewards programs. Our Total Rewards function brings together Compensation and Benefits to attract and inspire world-class creative and commercial talent who will shape VERSANT’s future. We design rewards that help employees build meaningful careers, share in our success, and grow with us.

Our approach connects achievement to impact. Through broad-based and executive compensation, financial wellbeing benefits, physical and health wellbeing benefits, recognition, and other rewards, we aim to give employees a meaningful stake in VERSANT’s success - through the impact they make, the recognition they receive, and the opportunities they have to grow.

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll gain broad exposure across these core areas, including broad-based compensation, executive compensation, financial wellbeing benefits, and physical and health wellbeing benefits, while also supporting recognition, global mobility, employee perks, communications, and other Total Rewards initiatives.

Working closely with the Total Rewards team and cross-functional partners, you’ll help turn program priorities into organized, well-coordinated execution. You’ll support communications, launches, timelines, employee-facing materials, reporting, and day-to-day program administration while helping the team identify practical ways to simplify recurring work and improve how Total Rewards operates as a connected function.

Why This Role Matters

At VERSANT, we believe success should be shared, performance should be recognized, and rewards should fuel both employee growth and our company’s success.

In this role, you’ll help bring that philosophy to life through strong execution. You’ll support the delivery of Compensation, Benefits, recognition, mobility, and other Total Rewards programs while helping employees understand and engage with the rewards and resources available to them.

You’ll also help create leverage for the broader Total Rewards team. By keeping recurring work organized, spotting common needs across programs, and helping improve repeatable processes, you’ll allow our subject-matter experts to spend more time on the work that requires their expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring compensation programs to life as part of an integrated Total Rewards experience: Partner with the Compensation team to understand priorities for broad-based and executive compensation programs and support their execution. Coordinate timelines, communications, materials, reporting, and key activities alongside other Total Rewards initiatives. Support the annual Year-End Planning Timeline and related compensation planning activities in partnership with the broader compensation team and key stakeholders.
  • Bring benefits programs to life as part of an integrated Total Rewards experience: Partner with the Benefits team to understand priorities for financial wellbeing and physical and health wellbeing programs and support their execution. Coordinate communications, program launches, employee materials, reporting, and ongoing delivery so benefits are accessible, clear, and connected to the broader Total Rewards experience.
  • Support the broader Total Rewards portfolio: Assist with recognition programs, employee perks, global mobility, and other Total Rewards offerings by coordinating program logistics, timelines, communications, documentation, and stakeholder activities.
  • Strengthen employee understanding and engagement: Support Total Rewards branding, communications, presentations, program launches, and other employee-facing forums. Help translate program information into clear, employee-friendly communications and materials.
  • Coordinate execution across Total Rewards: Maintain the Total Rewards calendar, project plans, action items, key milestones, dependencies, and upcoming communications. Help teams stay organized and aligned by tracking deliverables, following up on open items, and supporting coordination across HR, Communications, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Help improve how work gets done: Learn recurring Total Rewards processes, document key workflows, and identify practical opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, or eliminate unnecessary steps. Surface recurring pain points or duplicative activities to the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards Operations & Strategy and help implement agreed improvements, including appropriate use of existing tools and technology.
  • Support vendor, budget, and invoice administration: Track invoices, vendor expenses, contracts, and program costs; maintain organized records; monitor spend against budget; and support forecasting and periodic budget updates.
