Job Description

The Opportunity

As a DTC Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention for GolfPass. You'll help shape campaigns across the customer lifecycle, translating business priorities, audience insights, and performance data into compelling marketing programs that connect golfers with the full value of their GolfPass membership.

Working closely with partners across Marketing, Creative, CRM, Analytics, Content, Product, and Production, you'll bring campaigns to life across channels while continually identifying opportunities to improve performance and strengthen the member experience.

Why This Role Matters

This role plays an important part in growing the GolfPass membership business and building deeper, longer-lasting relationships with our members. By developing campaigns that attract new members, encourage existing members to engage with GolfPass content and benefits, and reinforce the ongoing value of membership, you'll directly influence both growth and retention.

Your work will help ensure we're delivering the right message, content, and experience to golfers at the right moments throughout their relationship with GolfPass.

Work Environment

This position is designated as hybrid and is based in our Orlando, Florida office. Team members generally work from the office a minimum of three days per week, with flexibility to collaborate virtually on other days.

What You'll Do

  • Develop go-to-market and lifecycle marketing plans for GolfPass initiatives spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, content, retention, and win-back, including campaign strategy, KPIs, audience targeting, messaging, creative direction, channel mix, and measurement approach.

  • Create and manage campaign and creative briefs, partnering with Creative, CRM, Content, Product, and other teams to develop messaging and assets that align with the GolfPass brand, resonate with golfers, and support business objectives.

  • Develop campaigns that promote GolfPass content, benefits, and experiences, helping members discover more of what GolfPass has to offer and encouraging deeper, more frequent engagement.

  • Manage integrated campaign execution across channels, coordinating stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines to ensure initiatives launch accurately, on time, and in alignment with broader marketing and business priorities.

  • Monitor campaign and member performance and use data to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, content consumption, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.

  • Develop and execute A/B tests across messaging, creative, landing pages, offers, content promotion, and audience strategies to improve campaign performance and the customer experience.

  • Partner with Analytics to establish campaign measurement plans, evaluate results, and develop campaign wrap-up reports that clearly communicate performance, insights, learnings, and recommended next steps.

  • Maintain integrated marketing and communications calendars, aligning campaigns with content priorities, product initiatives, promotional moments, and key points in the member lifecycle.

  • Identify consumer, member, content, campaign, and channel trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and the GolfPass member experience.

  • Partner across the GolfPass organization to identify new opportunities to grow membership, deepen engagement, increase awareness and consumption of GolfPass content and benefits, reduce churn, and strengthen the overall value proposition of GolfPass.

  • Support the creation and optimization of short-form video clips and promotional content, including basic video editing, clipping, formatting, and versioning for use across marketing, CRM, social, and other digital channels.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Three or more years of experience in marketing, campaign management, CRM/lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or a related role.

  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple stages of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable marketing recommendations.

  • Experience working with Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyze marketing and campaign data.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear marketing briefs and communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications
