  • Design, execute, and analyze quantitative consumer research, including brand tracking, audience segmentation, competitive benchmarking, market sizing, and custom research initiatives
  • Apply statistical methodologies and analytical techniques – including but not limited to clustering, drivers, perceptual mapping, and price testing – to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and answer complex business questions
  • Help develop presentations and visualizations that communicate findings in a clear, actionable way
  • Assist with primary research studies from start to finish, including research design, writing surveys and discussion guides, fielding, analyzing and interpreting results, and compiling presentations
  • Partner with research vendors and the wider team to administer and operate ongoing tracking studies while ensuring data quality and methodological rigor
  • Synthesize information and evaluate data from multiple datasets and secondary research to develop insights and help internal stakeholders stay on top of brand and audience trends
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Programming, Strategy, Research, and Data organizations to influence business decisions
  • Translate technical analyses into business insight and recommendations that support audience growth, content strategy, and brand performance
  • Stay informed on evolving consumer behaviors, media trends, and analytical best practices to continuously improve research capabilities
  • Assist with team project management and administrative duties as needed
