Job Description
Fandango is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to serve as a strategic brand leader for Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes, leading long-term brand strategy, integrated marketing, and go-to-market planning that drive consumer engagement and business growth.
Working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Creative, Analytics, and executive leadership, this position develops data-driven brand strategies, champions product marketing initiatives, and builds scalable marketing processes that improve execution, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller, strategic thinker, and collaborative influencer who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment and can balance long-term brand vision with measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategies that strengthen the positioning and growth of Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategic planning through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies for seasonal initiatives, product launches, and key business priorities.
- Partner with Product, Creative, Media, Analytics, and business leadership to align stakeholders and deliver cohesive consumer experiences.
- Establish brand governance by developing messaging frameworks, positioning, creative standards, and brand toolkits that ensure consistency across channels.
- Leverage consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and campaign performance data to inform strategy, optimize marketing investments, and improve ROI.
- Strengthen product marketing capabilities by clearly communicating value propositions and differentiators for ticketing and streaming experiences.
- Develop executive presentations and strategic recommendations that influence business decisions and secure stakeholder alignment.
- Foster operational excellence by implementing repeatable planning processes, campaign measurement frameworks, and after-action reviews that drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years leading brand marketing for consumer-facing brands, ecommerce, consumer technology, or similar.
- Experience with product marketing, entertainment or media brands, agency environments, brand transformation initiatives, and experiential marketing is highly desirable.
- Expertise leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape, including streaming, theatrical, competitive dynamics, and evolving consumer behaviors.
- Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling recommendations.
- Highly data-driven, using consumer insights and campaign performance to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of creative development processes, with the ability to partner effectively with creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand work.
- Experience leading brand refreshes, repositioning initiatives, or brand transformation efforts are a plus
Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 (bonus eligible)
