Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to build the digital backbone of a fast-growing company, designing the collaboration and communication experience for thousands of employees to connect, align, and get work done as we scale.
As our Manager of Workplace Product, Core Tools you will:
- Act as a visionary leader to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workplace collaboration and communication tools (e.g., messaging platforms, video conferencing, intranet, knowledge management systems).
- Align product initiatives with company goals, employee needs, and the broader digital workplace strategy.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to evolve and strengthen our workplace ecosystem
- Own a product domain that spans the end-to-end employee experience from how employees engage with tools in physical spaces to how they connect and collaborate digitally.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders through strong leadership and “soft power,” ensuring the product vision is clearly understood and broadly adopted.
- Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration, using a data-driven approach to measure success and inform decisions.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering impactful digital products.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, manage, and optimize products throughout their full lifecycle.
- Strong systems thinker with experience managing interconnected tools and ecosystems.
- Demonstrate success operating in fast-growing, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization to align on a shared product vision.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong relationships across departments and driving outcomes through influence and mentorship.
- Expertise in Agile principles and methodologies, with a track record of shaping and executing product roadmaps that deliver tangible user and business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to evolving product strategy and measuring success with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience owning enterprise or workplace platforms used at scale (5,000+ users strongly preferred).
- Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
- Background in digital workplace, internal tools, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with change management, internal communications, and adoption strategies.
Integration:
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and platform architecture with an ability to reduce fragmentation and improve interoperability.
Mentorship:
- Passion for inspiring, mentoring, and developing product managers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
