Job Description
Reporting to the Director, DTC Subscriber Growth, the Manager of Conversion Optimization will join a growing team tasked with the marketing launch and growth of MS NOW’s new-to-market subscription experience. This role will be tasked with maintaining, testing, and optimizing the direct-to-consumer conversion funnels on web and in-app to support subscription and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has experience with subscription management and testing platforms, has designed, deployed and optimized testing roadmaps, and can mobilize cross-functional teams needed to support. This role will require GRIT and an analytical mindset to be successful in an environment where we are building and launching these capabilities for the first time.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain packaging, pricing, and promotional offers across web and app
- Lead day-to-day operations and partnership with the subscription management platform
- Manage SKUs and pricing for in-app purchases
- Develop and execute A/B testing of the subscription package page, purchase/payment pages and other web and app placements within the purchase funnel
- Regular collaboration across teams (including Product, Biz Ops, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and share results
- Manage and prioritize requests to product to support package page updates and testing roadmap
- Provide Customer Success team with necessary informational and training materials related to pricing, packaging and promotional offers
- Oversee the creative development process for purchase path testing
- Partner with Analytics to establish conversion and testing reporting requirements
- Proactively monitor and identify potential friction points throughout the user experience on web and app that may be impeding subscription and revenue growth
- Partner with acquisition marketing on target segments and lead the design, deployment, and optimization of custom landing pages for these audiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in subscriber growth, conversion rate optimization, or monetization in a marketing or product capability
- Experience with a DTC digital or app-based business
- Hands-on experience with testing platforms
- Experience with subscription management/monetization platforms (e.g., Piano) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
- Strong project management and communication skills

- Must be willing to work in New York, NY.

Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000, bonus eligible
