Experience: 5 – 6 yrs

Position Objective:

• Drafting and streamlining Software Asset Management Process for PAN India basis
• Collating Inventory for Software Asset Management 
• Optimize utilization and allocation Software licenses and maintaining inventory and coordination during True-Up Exercise                                        

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sound understanding of Software License purpose and effectiveness – Microsoft, IBM, SQL, Oracle, etc
• Hands on experience of Software allocation and optimization process
• Coordination with Local and Regional Team to ensure smooth implementation of the process/tools for Software Inventory Management for client PAN INDIA
• Coordination with Business Users on understanding their requirement v/s the software installed for license optimization
• Tracking Inventory through IMAC Process
• Documentation and follow the process for the Asset Registration
• Take care of end user’s communication and documentation of the best practices

Must have Technologies

• Software Asset Management Tools and Procedures        

B.E/B.Tech or Equivalent
