Job Description
This position will have an in-office requirement of 2x a week in our Lehi Utah location.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist to elevate our integrated marketing efforts. As a member of the team, you will bring your experience to enhance our marketing strategies, support impactful campaigns, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our business unit solution area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to begin to develop and lead marketing initiatives within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and support the execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals, solution portfolios, and market opportunities. Work closely with marketing leadership to refine and implement strategic initiatives.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies. Provide insights that contribute to the company's competitive advantage.
- Customer Journey: Utilize and refine target personas, buyer needs, and purchasing decision processes through comprehensive research, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Messaging & Positioning: Adapt and enhance content assets to effectively differentiate our solutions in the market. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels.
- Campaign Leadership: Support the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns based on data insights. Oversee the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
- Event Strategy: Assist in the development of event strategies, including education and content plans for both company-hosted events and tradeshows. Collaborate closely with integrated marketing leadership and the experiential team to maximize the impact of our presence at events.
- Marketing Analytics: Assist in leading the establishment of comprehensive marketing metrics and actively evaluating post-activity outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment and success in achieving marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing strategy across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting compelling marketing materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics/metrics, with a track record of leveraging data in decision-making.
- Ability to work successfully in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations of two days per week.
