The Finance Department is seeking a remote Finance & Accounting Associate who will be responsible the Accounts Receivable function and related projects.  Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and can work in a team environment. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

• Generate and distribute aging reports to clients accurately and timely
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices
• Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving billing discrepancies to maintain positive client relationships
• Maintain database of all customer collection details and escalations
• Assist in cash posting & offsets on customer accounts
• Prepare and distribute accounts receivable reports bi-weekly to senior leadership, providing insights into outstanding balances, collection efforts, and escalation needs.
• Process and keep track of all credits and refunds
• General Ad-Hoc requests and various Accounts Receivable Projects
   

About You and How You Can Excel in This Role

• 1-3 years’ Accounts Receivable experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Working knowledge of accounts receivables, methods, and practices
• Strong MS Office (Outlook, Teams) and Excel skills (tables, formulas, pivots tables, Vlookups, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with drive for results
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization and customers
• Team player with motivated work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
