As a Business Analyst you will be engaged in day-to-day operations involving customer data contribution, process improvements, and carrier onboarding for our products. Daily responsibilities include quality assurance of data, ad hoc report creation, interacting with customers, analyzing data to determine trends and patterns, product testing and implementation of enhancements.

Other responsibilities: 

• Create and/or utilize existing internal systems and workflow to effectively complete processes in a timely and efficient manner while simultaneously analyzing said processes and workflows to identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and improve cycle time.
• Create and maintain documentation that will support the effective implementation of repeatable processes and workflows. Effectively utilize all programming guides & instructions to analyze the quality of data received, and recommend actions for data quality improvements. 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and take ownership of our business processes, and recommend improvements in data management, error identification, quality control, or process automation.
• Work closely with the Product and Operations Management staff to create, modify, and execute queries to extract, transform and summarize data from internal databases while developing, implementing, and maintaining distribution of regular reports and dashboards. 
• Present your analyses, ideas, progress and results to internal manager and colleagues.  Create clear and easy to understand reports.
• Monitoring file loading process and identifying file errors, missing files or late files and escalating to team/management. 

We are looking for a candidate, who has:

• University degree 
• 2-3 years’ experience in data operations providing technical or analytical support.
• Knowledge of databases, dashboards; strong SQL, PowerBI skills, and familiarity with SnowFlake, Flows, PowerQuery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 
• Excellent communication in English; ability to distill complex concepts into language that is understandable and compelling to business decision makers. 
• Highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
