Job Description

  • Identify white space and low-spender opportunities for each sales territory
  • Determine to cross-sell and bundle opportunities for the Sales organization
  • Oversee sales and marketing communication at the territory level inspiring ABM execution
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of sales playbooks for each territory
  • Identify and publish upcoming contract renewals
  • Initiate 30, 60, and 90-day new client onboarding communication
  • Create and manage stewardship meeting calendars
  • Measure customer sentiment pre and post sales
  • Acts as the bridge between Sales and Marketing for account-based marketing and nurturing campaigns
  • Act as a resource for dashboards and reporting that highlight revenue progress and opportunities
  • Evaluate technologies that increase Sales Productivity
  • Partners with the sales management team to identify opportunities for sales process
  • improvement. Foster an environment of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Business or Financial Analyst
  • Above average work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Exemplary written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with individuals with differing skill sets
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products, Salesforce.com, OutReach, HighSpot, PeopleSoft, Oracle and Zuora
