Location: Carlsbad, California or Canton, Ohio

3E is looking to hire a Client Data Services Specialist II for a hybrid role in Carlsbad, CA or Canton, Ohio. We are looking for someone with strong subject knowledge and a great work ethic.  Outgoing individual that is hardworking and wants to continue learning. DELIVERY AND CLIENT PROJECT SUPPORT

  • Classify in accordance with Transportation, Storage, and Waste regulatory guidelines, in accordance with department quality standards
  • Manage and maintain client hazardous material inventory and SDS
  • Respond to customer questions regarding hazardous material inventories SDS management, and classification of hazardous materials
  • Prepare and deliver client inventory/classification data files
  • Process high volume of department workload and respond to urgent client requests in a timely manner
  • Function as Primary Technical Contact for elite customer accounts, including but not limited to coordinating and participating in conference calls

REGULATORY RESEARCH AND DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT

  • Research regulations applicable to standard classification services
  • Review and update as needed internal reference documents, such as training content, SOPs, and work instructions

INTERNAL CLIENT PROJECT SUPPORT

  • Track and maintain key KPIs related to customer activity and SLAs, client activity, and other core department metrics
  • Offer direct support to internal groups, including Sales and Customer Support, by answering technical/program questions and addressing internal and external concerns
  • Update key information in 3E databases, analyze exported data for completeness, accuracy, and to identify data trends
  • Provide high level feedback regarding processing standards and quality
  • Complete accurate and timely activity reporting for client billing as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (Bilingual is an asset)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Superior workload management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality and team-centered environment in problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • 4-year college degree with some science preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years customer service or account management experience
