We are looking for an experienced Financial analyst to join our FP&A team!

FP&A lead for top-line business partnership & KPIs:

  • ACV reporting and analysis
    • Produce monthly ACV (Annualized Contract Value) dashboard
    • Analyze client results to accrue delayed renewals & remove duplicates
    • Analyze and communicate insights on renewals (cancels, pricing) and sales (new logos v. existing clients)
  • Commissions 
    • Plan creation and execution in partnership with revenue operations
    • Implement commissioning tool
    • Own monthly commission process ensuring data quality, approvals, and submission for payment processing
  • Deferred revenue and collections analysis
  • Business partner support for Commercial and Product organizations

 

Other FP&A Duties:

  • Support monthly reporting and forecasting
  • Support annual and strategic budget planning
  • Prepare presentation and analysis for Board of Directors reviews

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Finance, Accounting or a similar role. Experience in subscription based business is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, economics, accounting, or similar field.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint, CRM (e.g. Salesforce) required. Proficiency in visualization and analytical tools and languages a plus (Power BI / Tableau, R / Python)

 

The anticipated salary range for this position is $89,212-$133,817.  Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered.   As this is a range, the exact salary offered will depend on multiple factors, which include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications.  In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
