We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing Commercial team.

  • Oversee the end-to-end health and growth of an assigned book of business:  

  • Build strong relationships with your clients: understand organization structure/departments, customer needs and relate how our products can empower business success, identify, and mobilize product champions within client’s user base. 

  • Manage account health and drive broader solution adoption across the organization. Map account penetration and develop user/usage growth plans. 

  • Rally internal Customer Success teams to address and resolve customer issues swiftly. Understand 3E’s support touch points with a customer, raise awareness and champion seamless client support.  

  • Train/demo product to new users to drive adoption.  

  • Stay abreast of EH&S industry developments and our product enhancements to connect value proposition to your clients. 

  • Holistically review the assigned book of business and identify appropriate account growth targets. 

  • Plan and manage renewal activity and price adjustments that result in meeting/exceeding account growth targets. 

  • Create compelling business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.  

  • Partner with the Finance and Sales Ops Support to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing team on creating targeted ABM and user outreach campaigns. 

  • Partner with Business Development team to ensure successful new client onboarding/hand-off and identify and refer cross-selling opportunities within your existing book of business. 

  • Influence our product roadmap by sharing client feedback with our Commercial leaders and Product teams.   

  • Document client engagement activity and proactively manage your renewal pipeline in Salesforce.com. 

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of successful account management experience. A background in the chemical regulatory solutions, supply chain or IT systems sales, or EH&S industry is preferred. 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  A degree in chemistry, environmental policy, chemical engineering, EH&S, or related business field preferred. 

  • Language requirements (per region, hiring manager specification) 

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com.
