As an Engineering Manager, you will support your team in breaking down problems, proposing technical approaches and mentoring others in developing and deploying solutions in a way that continuously delivers value to our customers. You may have expertise in a particular area and will work with other teams to share knowledge and define best practice. Your team will own services from their inception to production and will be responsible for their high quality and continuous improvement. • 5 plus years of experience with at least 2+ managing a team of engineers.  

• Experienced full stack software development skills – Python, Type script, React 

• Experience across the stack building web-based applications in a cloud environment  

• Product-minded and can work effectively with product and design disciplines, balancing trade-offs between quality and delivery  

• Keen learner and like to explore both new and old technologies  

• Understand that delivery is all about balancing technical, analytical and product needs
