Job Description

As an Associate Technical Program Manager, you play a critical role within the Technology group. Working closely with a team of Technical Program Managers, you are responsible for helping drive projects forward. Your responsibilities include independent technical research, refining business cases, coordinating stakeholder relationships, and managing external software contractors. In this position, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of challenges and exciting opportunities. Expect to contribute directly to the project anywhere from 5 - 20% of your time. No two days are ever the same.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent technical experience
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Experience with full-stack technologies such as React, Node, Java or C#, and MySQL
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of design patterns and testing best practices
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Willing to discuss obstacles, find creative solutions, and take initiative
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on business and technical needs
  • Ability to thrive in environments with a lack of formal structure and a high degree of ambiguity
  • Eagerness to receive and give both constructive and positive feedback
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
