Job Description

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including; Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify and gather requirements, translate into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation
  • Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers
  • Validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),
  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
  • Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components,
  • Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
  • Maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
  • Integrate and maintain business applications to Salesforce, such as e.g. Conga, Highspot, NetSuite, Icertis, etc.
  • Collaborate with 3E IT / 3E Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience including both Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer responsibilities
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and translate their requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and Javascript
  • Experience with Integration Tools (e.g. Celigo, Boomi and Informatica)
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree from 4 Year accredited College/University preferred
