Job Description

  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned clients' requests, including Enter & manage any type of assigned client request within the ticketing system
  • Manage the transition of a request between all necessary departments
  • Document client related details (business requirements, software & hardware)
  • Maintain the necessary communication between Verisk 3E and the client
  • Complete the necessary troubleshooting to assist internal teams with resolving a 3E Generate software issue.
  • Complete the necessary Quality Assurance testing (general development, upgrades, implementations, work orders)
  • Assist the Training Specialist:  Documenting and maintaining the internal training matrix, documents, and exercises.  Act as a backup for the primary trainer for 3E Generate software for a client with a basic implementation. 
  • Offer internal 3E Generate Training (Next version review, new hire training).
  • Offer mentorship to the software support team
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in science, preferred.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • HazCom or EHS background, preferred.
  • 5+ years of General Professional experience that includes:
  • Communication skills (presentations, phone, email, written)
  • Facilitating business meetings (agenda, teleconference, Skype, WebEx)
  • Time Management and Prioritization of workload
  • General computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • General knowledge of software installations, troubleshooting
  • 5+ years of 3E Generate software experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Entry level knowledge of Project Management concepts
  • General knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL)
  • 10% or less business travel expected
