3E is growing their Talent Acquisition team and looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to support our global hiring.  In this role you will support hiring across the US and Canada, but may also support EMEA and APAC teams based on business initiatives and needs. You will have an opportunity to work on a variety of roles, including technical, scientific, sales and general administration.  Our preference is to hire someone to sit near one of our US offices in Carlsbad, CA; Canton, OH or Bethesda, MD.  This position will offer both in office and remote flexibility.  

About you:

You are an established recruiter who has experience managing full life cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from manager engagement through offer. You are self-motivated to manage your day-to-day tasks and workload.  You will have gained experience in agency and/or an in-house TA team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

As a Senior Recruiter, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all assigned roles
  • Act as a partner/advisor to hiring managers and the business to ensure alignment between our recruiting needs and our strategy
  • Assist in developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies that identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
  • Partner with the global TA Manager to document and create efficiencies across our hiring and onboarding process.

Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions: engineering, scientific, corporate, etc. along with 2 or more years of HR experience.
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with sourcing across multiple platforms to include LinkedIn and other social recruiting platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, principles, and applicable laws especially as they relate to the sourcing and recruitment process on an international level.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and consultative skills; and ability to work at all levels of management and establish good client relationships - Customer driven
  • Ability to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and be able to complete time-sensitive assignments with composure and perseverance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using web-based applicant tracking system preferred
