AIR Worldwide Inc. seeks a Software Quality Assurance Engineer III in Boston, MA.

Duties:

1) Oversee and support all aspects of the data normalization, validation, data model design, process automation, development and delivery of standard reports. Ensure a satisfactory range of accuracy consistent with the intended application of the system models. Verify the computerized models by substantiating them within their domain of applicability.

2) Supervise the creation and query of analysis datasets from client and/or cross-industry databases to support client delivery solutions in SQL environment. Ensure that Argus operating systems, hardware and information processing security mechanisms are of standardized quality within the industry with ISO 9000:2000 certification levels as required by clients.

3) Work with the client on intaking new products, new banks and new markets into the Argus data model and standard normalization process. Significantly enhance, alter and expand existing applications to ensure that data models can be seamlessly applied to new clients at Argus.

4) Develop information processing system methods in order to improve the efficiency of Argus SOPs (standard operating procedures) so that client data can be used and reused monthly without straining systems or re-entering previously collected data and models created at Argus.

5) Leverage existing deposit data to support internal and external stakeholders and end users on new application and user scenarios for deposit data. Analyze data to systematically apply logical, mathematical and in-house developed highly complex analysis technology to describe, illustrate, condense, recap, and evaluate data.

6) Leverage existing deposit data to create executive dashboard for key metrics reporting. Create and streamline business dashboard, adhoc reports and regulatory scorecard to improve bank strategy and business decisions.

7) Develop and automate the creation of industry benchmark with a holistic customer wallet view across all business lines. Code and test process and programs to extract data, analyze data and build functional data models and reports for use by our internal staff.

8) Provide comprehensive technical leadership, direction and training to all associates and associate managers. Oversee the coordination of junior analysts and IT team members to assure that project goals for data modeling are efficiently met from conception through execution. Work with other analysts in the design and execution of data mining tools.

9) Establish an engineering framework to determine tasks and subtasks as well as resources required and consumed. Organize interactions between the functional departments of Argus by creating workflow patterns to maximize the utilization of available resources to meet organizational goals and deliver high quality services to clients.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business, plus 1 year of experience in a related occupation.
