Job Description

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Work with development teams to successfully deliver projects within a specified timeline and budget
  • Coordinate resources - across organizational boundaries where necessary - to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Assist development team through the SDLC where necessary, including (but not limited to) activities like acceptance testing and process facilitation
  • Work with Product Manager/Director and customers to clarify project scope
  • Maintain project stakeholders apprised to project status and updates
  • Work across organizational boundaries to coordinate and deliver cross-departmental projects
  • Work with stakeholders to manage project scope and maintain elevated project quality
  • Remove roadblocks from the development team to facilitate rapid delivery
  • Clearly identify, document, communicate, and mitigate risks to project success
  • Assist Product Manager/Director in prioritizing project backlog
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
  • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

About You and How You Can Excel in this Role

Required: 

  • BA/BS in business or technical field or equivalent work-related experience and training
  • 4+ years relevant project management and agile development experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, common diagramming tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart), and project/issue management tools (e.g. Project, Jira)
  • Understanding of project and development lifecycles
  • Ability to manage integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement, and stakeholders as it relates to projects
  • Occasional travel to visit with customers
