Job Description

Jornaya is looking for a capable Sales Operations Analyst to ensure that our business capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore you should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

To ensure success, you should possess hands-on experience in Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure that your Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales department operations.

This role is part technical project manager, part Salesforce administrator and part analyst. This individual will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy our core sales business processes. They should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups as well as user support tickets
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Process Builder, field management, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • User training and creating training materials
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and managing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes.
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
  • Work with our management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a practicing Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
  • Experience with managing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Experience managing integrations with 3rd party systems and applications
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Experience importing data into Salesforce and generating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Registered Trailhead user with varying badge completions

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • FLOW experience
  • Zuora Quotes experience
