Job Description

 The Partnership Success Manager (PSM) will be responsible for ensuring that Jornaya’s partners are successful in achieving value from their relationship with Jornaya. Jornaya’s partners include Publishers (also referred to as website owners, lead sellers, lead generators, and inclusive of lead aggregators), as well as indirect channel partners (inclusive of a wide range of data and marketing technology companies). This role will provide internal and external leadership for all partnership success activities and will be a key contributor to the progression of all Data Strategy & Partnerships Team initiatives. Externally, the PSM will act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance, consultation, and best practices support throughout the entire partnership lifecycle.  Internally, the PSM will provide leadership through cross-functional coordination & orchestration of resources; working closely with Customer Operations, Customer Success, Product, DS/Engineering, the PSM will ensure we successfully deliver on our partners’ needs - while also helping to lead the development of an evolved framework for optimal service & product delivery as we grow. This role will be a member of the Data Strategy & Partnerships team. 

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role 

  • Own the execution of success activities for our publisher partners, as well as our growing business with indirect channel partners.   

  • Build delivery & resource plans that support increased scale and growth of our partnerships.   

  • Define and develop frameworks and engagement plans that support the growth and increased scale of our publisher and indirect partner relationships.  

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure we are efficiently leveraging best practices and resources from different departments.   

  • Lead the development and enablement of our long term partnership success framework.   

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant account management / customer success experience.   

  • Capable of conducting complex, important work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgement.   

  • Ability to make data driven decisions with understanding of the data and its sources.  

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation ability.  

  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills; adept at prioritizing and managing competing priorities within a dynamic work environment. 

  • Lead Generation Industry experience and/or experience working with performance marketing companies, AdTech and MarTech companies, or large data providers.
