You will be working within a talent acquisition team, to manage and deliver Verisk's strategic recruitment plan in Malaga. With multiple Verisk businesses growing their teams in Malaga, you will support a variety of stakeholders both domestic and internationally to identify, engage and attract the strongest talent to our teams.

Responsibilities:

• You will work within the Talent Acquisition team, playing a key role in building our local teams (technology & data focused) across Verisk business lines as we continue our enterprise transformation: enhancing client experience, driving revenue growth and innovation.
• You will partner with key stakeholders (Business Unit & HR) providing a full cycle recruitment service, delivering on real time needs as well as pipeline talent requirements. 
• You will be comfortable generating candidate slates sourced from passive and active pools and be able to effectively communicate the Verisk value proposition. 
• You will utilise the latest ATS technology (Smart Recrutiers) to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.  
• You will be a diversity champion and ensure inclusion is a core value of the talent agenda, continuing to build on the broad demographic across Verisk.

• You are passionate about what you do, and the consistent high quality of your work makes you stand out amongst your peers. 
• You can demonstrate experience in recruiting technology and data professionals and are knowledgeable about the sector trends across EMEA
• You have strong attention to detail and strive to drive a thorough and efficient recruitment process
• You are energised by asking questions and thinking creatively to develop innovative talent sourcing solutions and experienced in using the latest technology to identify and engage talent e.g Linkedin Recruiter, Talent Insights, CRM etc
• You are experienced in competency based interviewing and know how to assess for capability as a well as experince
• Your influencing and flexible engagement style make you a vital partner to successfully hire talent
