Job Description
- Manage the collection and analysis of hydrological data using automation, to integrate the high quality data into the modeling process
- Working with various modules of the flood hazard models.
Qualifications
- Good fundamentals in catchment hydrology and open channel flow
- Experience in working the existing hydrologic and hydraulic models, e.g. HEC series models
- Implement hydrologic and hydraulic models over a wide range of spatial scales
- Experience in working with GIS applications preferably ARCGIS
- Beginner level skills in R statistical language or MATLAB
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, other standard Windows applications
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be IIT or NIT Graduate
- Freshers and 1-3 years experience are preferred
