·       通过电话和电子邮件向使用AIR 软件的内部和外部客户提供一线技术支持

·       确保正确定义所有执行要求并将之转换为系统配置

·       检测、诊断和解决执行过程中的问题

·       维护检查表文件,以确保高效执行和部署

·       识别客户问题并与内部团队合作,制定解决问题的策略

·       通过提供有效反馈和与客户沟通的策略(包括解决未决问题的日期),保持沟通渠道畅通

·       测试和配置系统以复制客户端环境

·       以知识库技术说明和文章的形式记录知识

·       分配的其他职责

Qualifications

资历要求:

  •  在部署、应用支持或技术支持方面有 2-5 年的技术经验,并具有客户端对接的良好技术储备
  • 具有微软 SQL 服务器的基本知识
  • 熟练掌握使用微软Windows系统的电脑技能
  • 较强的解决问题能力
  • 注重细节
  •  优秀的沟通和人际交往能力,能与所有技术利益相关者,包括员工、客户和潜在客户进行互动
  • 对 Installshield、 PowerShell、 VMware、微软 HPC、 AWS 有一定了解者优先
  • 具备保险知识者优先
  • 必须具备英语语言技能

学历要求:

·       信息技术、计算机科学学士学位或同等学历
