Job Description

You will play a critical role in leading our presence in EMEA which entails developing and executing a regional business plan. Specifically, you will work alongside a team responsible for new business development, engagement with current customers and partners, and data analytics. Ultimately you and your team will drive strategic, aggressive company growth – gaining an unparalleled level of responsibility, client exposure, and professional development. A sample of activities includes: 

  • Helping form the team’s market entry strategies 
  • Developing sales and marketing strategies for new customer acquisition 
  • Analyzing complex datasets to draw meaningful business and market insights 
  • Translating those insights into compelling value creation narratives 
  • Expanding business relationships with our current customers 
  • Regularly interfacing with industry executives 

Qualifications

We are looking for a smart, hardworking Senior Associate to own business results in a collaborative, team-based environment. Some other things we are looking for include: 

  • Degree from an undergraduate program  
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience in oil & gas, power & utilities and/or renewables (consulting background preferred)
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask, navigate ambiguity and challenges independently 
  • Preference for a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture 
  • Exceptional workplan management skills 
  • Bilingual communication preferred, not required
