Job Description

  • Work with ClaimSearch clients in converting to contemporary reporting methods.
  • Conduct testing of companies that are programmed to report via Universal Format.   Analyze results of customer reporting and assist in correction as needed prior to moving into Production.
  • Represent the business unit in testing system upgrades and enhancements to maximize the efficiency and security of the ClaimSearch systems.
  • Prepare test cases to assist in the testing of new products, enhancements and management reports.
  • Coordinate and manage projects by working with product managers, IT developers and other stakeholders to develop test plans, schedules and implementation of new ISO products as well as upgrades.      
  • Conduct pro-active data quality analysis of production data reporting and rejection profiles. Document and send report to contact company to work clients to correct and enhance their ClaimSearch reporting.
  • Resspond to customer inquiries on ClaimSearch/subrogation related reporting, rejections and editing issues.  Troubleshoot customer’s ClaimSearch/subrogation issues until the issues are resolved and the customer is satisfied with their results.
  • Evaluate and identify where system enhancements are required. Represent the business unit in specifying requirements and work with development team to implement improvements
  • Provide analytical and testing support to managers as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1 to 3 years of related work experience required.
  • One year experience in customer support, claims, or other related area preferred
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry with a strong familiarity of claims nomenclature.   
  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for corrective action.
  • Knowledge of TSO general commands, SQL and XML are favorable.
  • Encouraged familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Prior experience working with test data to identify performance levels.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with management, co-workers and clients.
  • Ability to learn quickly and implement established operational processes and procedures.
  • Strong written and oral communication and analysis skills required.
  • Domestic travel to customer sites as needed.
