Job Description

PowerAdvocate is a fast-growing company at the intersection of technology, big data, and natural resources. As we expand globally, we are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, thoughtful, and creative individual to build and lead a team responsible for growth in our global business.

Job Responsibilities:
You will play a critical role within our growth strategy team. Specifically, you will build and lead a team responsible for new business development, engagement with current customers and partners, and data analytics. Ultimately you and your team will drive strategic, aggressive company growth – gaining an unparalleled level of responsibility, client exposure, and professional development. A sample of activities includes:
• Helping form the team’s market entry strategies
• Recruiting and leading a team
• Developing sales and marketing strategies for new customer acquisition
• Analyzing complex datasets to draw meaningful business and market insights
• Translating those insights into compelling value creation narratives
• Expanding business relationships with our current customers
• Regularly interfacing with industry executives
• Fully owning account relationships and outcomes
• Leading team projects and managing Associates

Qualifications

We are looking for a smart, hardworking leader to own business results in a collaborative, team-based environment. Some other things we are looking for include:
• Degree from an undergraduate program (MBA a plus, but not required)
• 4+ years of professional work experience (consulting background preferred)
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and challenges independently
• Preference for a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture
• Exceptional workplan management skills
