Job Description

You will ensure that our applications provide an excellent customer experience.  Your ability to focus on details and passion for precision & accuracy will be instrumental to your success.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will make you effective in your role as you tactfully present alternative solutions while advocating for our customers.  Some of your specific responsibilities will be:

  • Test applications to ensure they function as expected and are free from deficiencies, defects, and anything that negatively affects the customer experience.
  • Assist in creating documentation and supporting customers. At times, working with customers to determine root causes and solutions to problems.
  • Assist in product definition for new versions and specifications for new features.
  • As part of the engineering team you will assist in the various parts of the software development processing, providing ideas and feedback to ensure our application meet customer and business expectations. 
  • You will collaborate with the team to increase effectiveness in production tools and workflows. 

 

Qualifications

What You Need to be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

  • High school degree required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient computer skills.
  • Must be a team player, quick learner, self-motivated with good critical thinking skills and work ethic.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in software testing, documentation, and reporting.

 What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with test automation.
  • Experience using GIS or CAD tools. 
  • Experience with 3D graphics or virtual/augmented reality.
  • Knowledge of construction/roofing, geospatial/mapping, or aerial imagery industries.
