• Work with Business analysts and Systems analysts and understand requirements
• Analyze data schemas and data flow. Work with the data analysts and data modelers to define and refine the analytics/reporting consumption layer
• Transform requirements into consumable data and/or new report designs
• Development of new Reports / Dashboards using Tableau and relevant data source (Big Data Platform (Cloudera), Excel, SQL Server etc.)
• Support user testing and ensure data integrity
• Write report specifications and other technical documentation·      

• 1-2 years experience in Tableau Tool
• All round experience in the BI/Data warehousing domain including some exposure/understanding of ETL and data modeling
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact and communicate within IT and Business teams
• Tableau design, development and process documentation to produce required reporting, analytics, and visualization deliverables
• Advanced or expert proficiency in Tableau Desktop (version 9.0+) are required
• Knowledge or experience writing Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Ability to perform data analysis and troubleshoot data integrity issues
• Experience in the development of management reporting and performance analysis techniques
• Proven ability to connect analysis results to positive business outcomes
• Ability to work effectively in team environment and interact with all levels of management across interdepartmental functions and requirement
• Tableau Certified Professional with extensive experience in Tableau products Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau cloud, Tableau Online, Tableau Mobile, Tableau Public, Tableau Reader
• Worked with various versions in Tableau, Tableau Server, Tableau Public, Tableau Reader and Tableau Online
• Extensive experience on building dashboards using Tableau
• Ability to introduce Tableau to our internal customers to produce different views of data visualizations and presenting dashboards on web and desktop platforms to End-user and help them make effective business decisions
• Involved in Requirements gathering/analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Production roll of Reporting and Analysis projects
• Experience in creating different visualizations using Bars, Lines and Pies, Maps, Scatter plots, Gantts, Bubbles, Histograms, Bullets, Heat maps and Highlight tables
• Involved in Trouble Shooting, Performance tuning of reports and resolving issues within Tableau Server and Reports
• Tableau Experience in Enterprise Environment and Tableau Administrator experience including technical support, troubleshooting, report design and monitoring of system usage

• Involved in upgrading Tableau platforms in clustered environment and performing content upgrades
• Established Best Practices for Enterprise Tableau Environment and application intake and development processes
• Extensive experience in Production support and issue resolution that includes debugging of Reporting related Issues, Dashboard design issues, Archiving and Performance Issues
• Hands on experience on both Load performance tuning and Report performance tuning
• Excellent skills in System Analysis, Documentation and Designing the Technical Specifications of the Processes
