The intern will be part of our Insurance Services Office (ISO) business unit, within the IS&T division.

• Develop and enhance methodologies, processes and practices for SAM
• Implement and manage production of software asset entitlements and reporting
• Support the software acquisition, management and decommissioning processes
• Lead the management of software subscriptions, support and maintenance renewals
• Monitor, track  and report on SAM KPI,s for continuous compliance
• Drive the update and maintenance of the Software Asset Portal and Website
• Coordinate the organizations activities in response to software vendor audits
• Lead efforts to optimize software license portfolio compliance across programs and projects.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• BA in Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
• Relevant experience of SAM or ITAM
• Familiar with Service Now or other SAM/ITAM technologies and tools
• Strong influence management and ability to drive results/no direct reporting authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
