“Want to help solve an $80 billion crime problem?” The ISO Claim Solutions Anti-Fraud Group (AFSG)   is seeking an intern to conduct research and provide analyses regarding our suite of solutions.  The AFSG is committed to providing the Insurance Industry with cutting edge and innovate software solutions to help identify fraud and manage their investigations.  Additionally, the Intern will have the opportunity to evaluate our Customer Experience, the cornerstone of Verisk’s business. Both projects will culminate in the Intern presenting their findings and creating actionable recommendations. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret customer data utilizing software tools (Google Analytics, Business Intelligence Tools – Kibana, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.) to support Management, Sales and Professional Service teams. This includes but not limited to analyzing customer base and contacts, users, financial data, and solution usage statistics.
• Identify trends and patterns in the data / Make recommendations based on goals presented
• Create reports / present findings to leadership
• Assigned to special projects as needed

• Enrolled in a 4-year college or university studying Analytics / Statistics
• Advanced Microsoft excel and pourpoint skills (pivot tables, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools (Kibana, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.)
• Comfortable with presentations/ public speaking
