Job Description

  • Manage a client training work order, including:
    • Enter and manage the client request within the ticketing system
    • Prepare for and deliver the client training
    • As required, manage the necessary technical needs for a training session (network connection, projector, telecom)
    • As required, offer gap training after a client implementation or upgrade
  • Assist with analysis as directed by the project manager for active client projects.
  • Assist Client Services team with various client issues (rules, translations, upgrade testing, advanced user support).

·         Build and Maintain Training Material (including eLearning modules)

·         Offer internal 3E Generate Training (Next version review, new hire training)

·         Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

·         2 year degree in Science, preferred.

·         3-5 years of customer service experience.

·         HazCom and EHS background, preferred.

·         3-5 years of software training experience, preferred.

·         1-3 years of documentation change control.

·         3-5 years of General Professional experience that includes:

o   Communication skills (presentations, phone, email, written)

o   Facilitating business meetings (agenda, teleconference, Skype, WebEx)

o   Time Management and Prioritization of workload

o   General computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)

o   General knowledge of software installations, troubleshooting

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

·         Entry level knowledge of Project Management concepts

·         Up to 50% travel
