Job Description

  • Primarily responsible for invoicing of 100 - 150 annual client renewals per month (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and special split billings or revisions)
  • Ownership of distributing 700+ invoices for USA, Japan, and Canada via mail, email, or fax to internal and external customers
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
  • Updating recurring billing schedules in PeopleSoft, following instructions on billing documentation, and working closely with sales team and corporate
  • Reviews and confirms billing information against data entry for all business units invoicing. Assist with End-of-Month closing process in gathering data, research, etc.
  • Ability to furnish accurate billing and/or additional A/R information to Sales and other pertinent departments  
  • Ability to multi-task and completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Keeps the Billing Manager informed concerning work in progress and completed, and consults with all concerning problems which hinder efficient completion of the duties and responsibilities of the position
  • Answering billing questions in person, by email and over the phone quickly and efficiently

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of AR experience
  • PeopleSoft experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite software, Typing 55+,  ten-key by touch
  • HS Diploma required; Degree preferred in Accounting and/or Business
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent data entry skills, communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, regulate daily tasks in addition to taking on additional unplanned/special projects assigned on a regular basis, adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess strong time management skills
  • Must be very motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment
