Job Description

INTERNAL CLIENT PROJECT SUPPORT

  • Classify in accordance with Transportation, Storage, and Waste regulatory guidelines, in accordance with department quality standards
  • Respond to customer questions regarding classification of hazardous materials
  • Complete accurate and timely activity reporting for client billing as needed
  • Deliver and manage client files
 

DIRECT SALES AND MARKETING SUPPORT 

  • Develop and lead client webinars and Sales training
  • Support marketing by authoring white papers, articles, FAQs and other client-facing publications related to classification services
  • Identify key revenue targets and partner with Client Services and Sales to lend technical support
 
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT 
  • Support Product Management design new or custom services (research regulations, review custom scopes, analyze existing resources, etc.)
 

NEW CLIENT START-UP AND CUSTOM SERVICES

  • Provide regulatory training for clients as needed
  • Participate in regular customer conference calls up through client implementation
  • Initiate contact with new customers , implement custom projects, and assist clients integrate 3E classification services into their compliance programs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years customer service and/or account management experience
  • 2+ years sales or marketing experience a plus
  • 2+ years experience in project management or equivalent technical experience
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Proven problem solving, project management, and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and/or EPA hazardous material regulations
  • Must be able to travel with a current US passport
