• Analyze and work with customers and partners to develop new solutions, enhance customer experience and increase profitability
• Assist Product Management scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Develop user stories and manage priorities with engineering team
• Act as the voice of the customer and providing a business perspective to engineering team
• Project manage product release schedule and communicate progress to stakeholders

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop clear product requirements and the ability to communicate them to development
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required
