Job Description

Jan 2020 – June 2020

Become a member of AIR's Technical Services Group. You will be responsible for supporting AIR Applications by installing and troubleshooting client issues.

Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Technical Implementations:

·        You will be responsible for installing and updating software

·        Performing software installation testing

·        Assisting SQA in identifying and resolving software issues

·        Creating test plans

·        Creating virtual machine libraries with AIR software products

·        Researching and implementing new technologies relative to AIR's applications. 

Supporting all AIR Products:

·        You will be responsible for providing software support by email and/or phone

·        Researching application issues

·        Documenting/verifying/ tracking issues

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·        Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server

·        Experience working in a Windows Client Server environment

·        The following are additional skills helpful in fulfilling the role:

·        MS Windows Installer

·        Familiarity with networks (LAN/WAN,TCP/IP)

·        Technical or applications support experience

·        Knowledge of the following tolls or architectures:

·        SQL Server™ querying skills

·        WAN/LAN networking

·        Client/Server

·        Relational databases

·        Microsoft Windows operating systems

·        Good written communication skills

Education:

·        Candidate for a college degree in a related discipline
