Create and use wireframes, prototypes, user flows and effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap, organizational branding guide, as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. Color theory, visual weight, etc.)
Work on existing enterprise-level web-based applications to improve the UI/UX based on the existing branding guide.
Design and develop an entirely new enterprise-level web-based application from the very scratch based on the existing branding guide.
3+ years of experience and proven track record.
Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
Hands-on experience in creating a wireframe, prototype, user flow, etc.
Strong understanding of the entire web application development process, including the understanding of requirements, mockup design, development, and deployment.
Experience using design, prototype tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Sound knowledge of code versioning tools like Git or SVN.
Familiarity with front-end debugging tools.
Should be open to receiving constructive criticisms and improving upon it.
Proficient in written and spoken English and the ability to communicate fluently.
