Job Description

Key Account Relationship Manager

  • Serve as primary contact for global or national banks by providing thought leadership and strategic insight to clients – serve as an industry expert to help clients manage their business
  • Accountable for ensuring sale of consulting engagements, products and models including developing a pipeline of sales and engagement opportunities
  • Track and meet financial plan for designated clientele
  • Build long-term relationships via networking within client organization

End-to-end management of specific set of clients including support on the following:

  • Oversight for all deliverables including benchmarking presentations, consulting engagement, ad-hoc requests, and modeling projects
  • Management of a 3-5 person team
  • Accountability for overall client engagement and generation of upsell opportunities
  • Motivating, mentoring and managing all team members
  • Create and reward culture of innovation, inclusiveness and decisiveness within organization
  • Support cross-functional objectives and processes

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as senior contact for each client
  • Deliver strategic insight to client projects and sales opportunities
  • Provide management, structure and oversight for deliverables
  • Accountable for quality of deliverables and SLA’s
  • Identify key client opportunities and craft proposals
  • Deliver client presentations (typically delegated to senior managers and managers within the team)

Qualifications

•    Eight or more years of Financial Services experience with a credit card or personal loan exposure highly valued
•    Bachelor’s Degree required
•    A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. 
•    An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
•    Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others 
•    Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
•    Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
•    Employee training and development
•    Strong customer orientation
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Technical capabilities in SQL, data visualization and other business analytic tools
•    Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs/requirements and evaluate alternative solutions and strategies
