We are currently searching for a senior level Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance team at our HQ in Carlsbad, CA. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Passionate people and highly motivated self-starters!
  • CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
  • Strong Revenue Recognition experience

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Revenue recognition recording, including deferred revenue. Auditing complex customer contracts to ensure GAAP compliance
  • Reconcile General Ledger accounts, including: deferred revenue
  • Record foreign payroll and vacation tracking
  • Performing invoice register audits
  • Assist broader Finance and Accounting team with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, special projects, and other ad hoc tasks
  • Understand and comply with SOX requirements
  • Record transactions using foreign exchange rates
  • Propose and enter journal entries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • CPA with public company experience preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an ERP environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours as necessary to meet goals
  • Advanced experience with Excel, including: conditional logic, vlookups, and pivot tables
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Positive and growth-oriented attitude
