We are looking for our candidate to have the following skills, experience, and abilities:

·         Background in engineering, science or mathematics

·         Excellent communication (Japanese native and English, verbal and written) and influencing skills. This job requires serving AIR clients in Japan and dealing with Japanese data

·         Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to client services

·         Excellent skills in creating PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets.

·         Knowledge of database concepts with proficiency in SQL.

·         Self-motivated, quick learner with good organizational and time management skills is required.

·         Experience in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry would be a plus

• 5+ years in using AIR Product Touchstone and CATRADER
• Experience in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry and an understanding of how the reinsurance business works
• Excellent communication (English and Japanese, verbal and written) and influencing skills. This job may rrequires serving AIR clients in Japan and dealing with Japanese data.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to client services
• Good understanding of Japanese non-life insurance market
• Excellent skills in creating PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of database concepts with proficiency in SQL.
