Who you are

You will come with outstanding analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication and demonstrate a strong interest in the energy industry, and climate change issues specifically. You must be a great team player and have, or be working towards a strong degree in a relevant subject.

What you'll do

This position requires the ability to apply industry and general knowledge to estimate greenhouse gas emissions from the upstream oil and gas industry, using an established methodology.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Applying and adjusting a proven methodology to estimate carbon emissions from upstream oil and gas assets
  • Manipulating and working with complex, data-intensive spreadsheets
  • Extracting data from internal and external sources such as databases, websites and Wood Mackenzie products
  • Participating in phone calls with clients to receive feedback on the methodology and critically applying that feedback to improve the results
  • Demonstrating a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality analysis is delivered
