Job Description

This is a junior position in the project management team, where you will be trained to work with seasoned analysts and project members. As a key member of the project management organization (PMO), the Analyst plays a critical role in the delivery of projects at LCI. You will work directly with Clients, Information Technology, Operations, and Business Development departments by understanding business objectives and translating them into requirements, and work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure the objectives are met. This position requires you to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment and have the ability to wear multiple hats.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Implementation and onboarding of new clients
  • Translate requirements received from client manager/Sales teams into business requirements for the dev team
  • Analytical skills to ask the right questions, dissect, organize, translate and document requirements
  • Coordinate project activities with the director and project managers
  • Conduct User research, Draft User stories and meet with Users to validate and capture them accurately
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Become and remain knowledgeable on key business processes and systems and how they operate/integrate

Qualifications

  • 0 – 2 years relatable experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Technical background / advanced excel and or SQL a plus
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential and proprietary information. Candidate may be required to agree to and sign project related Non-disclosure agreements.
