Job Description

Grow your career by becoming a member of AIR’s Marketing team. Your position as a Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the AIR Worldwide brand experience through all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in web strategy, content management, paid and organic search, email, social media, web analytics and reporting. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in AIR Worldwide’s on-line success by enhancing the customer experience, increasing client engagement, and ultimately driving more sales. 


Responsibilities.

  • Work with marketing team and AIR senior management to develop digital strategy and plan digital campaigns.
  • Project manage all website content ensuring that AIR’s corporate website reflects AIR’s current marketing priorities
  • Manage migration of AIR corporate website and supporting websites to new content management system, Episerver.  Liase with web development teams and define requirements for website enhancements where needed.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy (LinkedIn and Twitter are the primary platforms)
  • Manage and oversee social media content, use social media marketing tools to schedule, track, and monitor social media activity
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest responses; optimize social content based on metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams to ensure social campaigns align with key business initiatives
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Work with sales teams to implement email lead nurturing and social selling campaigns and provide ongoing support
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of work experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B company
  • Experience planning, creating, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Solid understanding of content management systems, preferably Episerver, and marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua
  • Familiar with CRM (Salesforce) and their integration points with marketing automation tools and content management systems
  • Working knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media applications
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling, monitoring, and reporting tools
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills, experience with data manipulation, analysis and visualization tools
  • Strong technical and project management skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and a proficiency for working on multiple simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced and energetic environment
