*This role with be ONSITE at our Jeffersonville,IN location.

JOB SUMMARY
Work with vendors for outsourced work to ensure they are providing quality service and on time performance. In addition, they enter outsourced work as well as invoicing and shipping issues. Responsible for marking up the orders, checking MICR specs, reviewing all order information, entering and verifying outsourced orders via Autobatch and the custom outsourcing system. Other functions: Communicating with venders, other internal departments, completing logs/reports daily, faxing, assembling of orders, pricing, typing of quotes and entering holds in MINQ frequently. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Computer experience (Excel or Windows) preferred
- Knowledge of paper types and inks also a bonus
- A complete knowledge of plant produced products and check-side products produced a plus
EXPERIENCE
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as strong math and organizational skills
- Must be a team player and work well under pressure
- Demonstrate a proven ability to take on increased sales responsibility
- Demonstration of exceptional performance in the areas of: sales, production, account management, leadership and professionalism

Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM
- Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20:00 DOE

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
