Job Description

The Growth Marketing Manager is an experienced, collaborative, results-oriented marketer with a keen business acumen and an adept understanding of integrated marketing strategies to lead demand generation campaigns for Vericast Financial Institution (FI) products and solutions. This role involves collaborating with other marketers and cross-functional stakeholders to define the strategy, align on the go-to-market approach, and develop campaigns that build pipeline for Vericast FI products. You will be expected to ensure full-funnel lead generation and manage our media buying processes. You will also be the go-to expert on all things marketing automation, managing our lead routing, scoring, and nurture practices using Hubspot.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the campaign strategy for Vericast FI products across solutions and audiences to drive awareness and pipeline growth   15%
  • Align with cross-functional stakeholders on go-to-market plans and pipe generation strategies and tactics   15%
  • Develop the campaign landing page strategy 15%
  • Collaborate with internal creatives and external agencies to develop compelling, effective campaign assets 15%
  • Provide input on the allocation of budget for campaigns 15%
  • Build cross-functional relationships across marketing, sales, and product  15%
  • Measure, analyze and report out results to drive improvement in performance  10%

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields (Required)

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of Demand Generation Marketing, or Campaign Management

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Understands the financial services or banking industry and related growth marketing and analytics space 
  • Experience using HubSpot and CRM technologies
  • Understands diverse buyer’s journey end to end for both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Takes a customer-first approach to building campaign journeys and experiences
  • Collaborative with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
  • Demonstrated success in building integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and other marketing tactics based on business need
  • Develop and share data-driven insights with stakeholders to drive marketing ROI 
  • Effective in building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and influencing outcomes 
  • Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with stakeholders 
  • Keen understanding of different marketing tactics and the role that they play in building pipe
  • Makes decisions based on data 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Additional Information

Base salary: $110,000-$140,000

Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program.

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
